1. Order kaise place karu?
Shop page me product choose karo → Quantity select karo → Add to Cart → Checkout par jao → Shipping & payment details fill karo → Order confirm karo.
2. Payment options kaun-kaun se available hain?
Credit/Debit card, Netbanking, UPI, Wallets aur jahaan available ho wahan Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment gateways secure hain.
3. Shipping kitne din me hoti hai?
Orders usually 3–7 business days me deliver ho jate hain (location ke hisab se). Dispatch 1–2 business days me hota hai. Aapko shipment ke baad tracking ID di jayegi.
4. Item damaged aaya to kya karun?
Agar item damaged ya incorrect ho to humein 48 hours ke andar contact karo (photo bhejna na bhoolein). Hum return/exchange ya refund process karenge as per Return Policy.
5. Customized/Personalized order lete ho kya?
